Completed in 2023, Sorakatu 9 is a sturdy, concrete-frame building in the best location in Skanssi. The many common areas of the building are located on floor 1: storage units, civil defence shelter, storage for baby carriages and bicycles, laundry and drying room, and sauna facilities. The outdoor equipment storage rooms can conveniently be accessed straight from Sorakatu. The laundry is equipped with two washing machines and one dryer, which can be used free of charge by booking a slot in the laundry booking system. Each apartment has a private storage unit.
