Pataljoonantie 3–5 is located in Tuusula’s evolving Rykmentinpuisto district, the traditional military barracks area of Hyrylä. The location close to main transport routes is excellent: The trip to Helsinki takes just over half an hour and to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport only 15 minutes. Kerava railway station is 3 km from the property.
The leafy area is close to services, with grocery stores also found nearby. The new Monio Upper Secondary School and Cultural Centre, the library, swimming pool and sports centre are all located right next door. It is only a short bike ride to the Tuusulanjärvi museums and other cultural attractions as well as diverse nature sites, forests and tracks for walks and runs. Facilities including a new primary and lower secondary school as well as a children’s day care centre are under construction in the Rykmentinpuisto area.
