Charming wooden apartment building by the Ring Rail Line
Rental homes with light decor and geothermal heating
This modern wooden apartment building with a warm feel was built for the 2015 Housing Fair. The apartment surface materials are classy and the colour scheme light. The non-wet room floors are laid in easy-care laminate. Kitchen unit doors and appliances are fresh white in colour, and the worktops are in wood-effect laminate. The spacious bathrooms are tiled and have space and hookups for a washing machine. All apartments have a glassed-in balcony and underfloor heating in all rooms. Ventilation and water meter are apartment-specific.
Common spaces, such as bike storage and laundry rooms, are full of light and easy to use. Residents of the building can book a sauna shift in the spacious sauna department on the top floor, with a wonderful view from the terrace. In the cozy courtyard you can find a nice, sheltered playground for the little ones in the family. The coziness of the courtyard is also enhanced by the charming and architecturally unique detached house area located right next to it.
Car owners have the opportunity to rent a sheltered parking space, and there are also charging points for electric cars in Rubiinipark for the residents.
The waste management of the area runs smoothly with a pipeline-based system.
Kivistö is a peaceful, growing district with excellent transport links located east of Hämeenlinnanväylä road. The family-friendly area has a primary school, several kindergartens and nice playgrounds for children. There will be a wide range of services available around the train station station, such as a versatile urban culture center and the Kivis mall, which will open in 2023. Those into spending time outdoors will love the natural setting, Petikko recreational areas and Keimola golf course.
