Water park experiences, cinema and wellness services are available at Flamingo leisure world. The recreational routes by Vantaanjoki river are perfect for walking, running, cycling and cross-country skiing. The river is also great for canoeing and fishing. Transport connections by car are good via Ring Road III or Tuusulantie road. Several bus services to various areas in the Helsinki region, including the airport located nearby, pass through Pakkala.
