It utilises group-wide economies of volume, applies and expands best practices and identifies reliable partners through the partner management process. Our procurement must support the achievement of SATO’s business objectives, including operations in accordance with our values.

We expect our partners to comply with employment laws and agreements and to uphold ethical and fair working practices. Action against the shadow economy plays a key role in SATO’s procurement.
