Dear business partner,
As the holiday season approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to politely reaffirm our commitment to responsible business practices in line with our Code of Ethics and values. We seek to avoid any situations that might compromise the independence of our organisation or that of our partners.
We respectfully ask you to note that, in accordance with our policy, we decline all holiday gifts and will return any presents delivered to us. In the same spirit, we do not give holiday gifts on behalf of SATO but instead make an annual donation to charity.
