This 1-bedroom home, located on a green hillside, features a traditional and functional layout. The living spaces are spacious and bright, and the full-width balcony off the living room provides extra space during the summer. The separate kitchen keeps cooking mess and smells out of sight, and there’s room for a small dining table by the window. Separate bathroom and WC make daily routines easier. Ample storage is available in both the large walk-in closet and entryway cabinets.

The living spaces feature easy-care laminate flooring, and the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric stove, fridge-freezer, and has a dishwasher connection.

The renovation of the domestic water pipes and relining of the drains, which began in June 2026, is progressing according to schedule. Stairwells A–E have been completed, so the renovation no longer causes any inconvenience in these stairwells. Work is underway in stairwells F–G at the beginning of September, and stairwells H–K will be renovated by the end of the year.

The renovation work in each apartment takes approximately 3–4 weeks, and you can continue living in the apartment throughout the renovation. You will receive a 50% rent reduction for the period during which work is carried out in your apartment. The rent reduction will be credited once the renovation project has been completed.
