Kiinteistö Oy Hämeenpenger is a housing company with access to great transport connections in Hämeentie street in the Kallio district of Helsinki. The housing company consists of three buildings: Hämeentie 40, 42 and 44. Completed in 1952, the buildings are typical examples of mid-century architecture with their plastered exteriors and balconies with hairpin railings.
