Hämeentie 40 was renovated in 2023 with respect for the 1950s spirit of the building. The building has seven residential storeys and two staircase sections with lifts. Please notice that not all apartments in the building built in 1952 meet modern accessibility requirements. Please note that the surface materials and technical solutions of Hämeentie 42 and 44 differ from these. The interior decor materials, furnishings and fittings of these light-toned homes are beautiful and timeless.
