One of our best-loved buildings
These unique and beautiful urban homes were made in an old industrial building in 1996, some laid out in split levels. Some of the apartments have a sauna, and those facing the courtyard have a balcony or small garden. All of the apartments have space for a washing machine and dishwasher. There are lovely skylights upstairs on the topmost floors.
The property is currently undergoing balcony repair and painting work, as well as roof repairs. The project is estimated to be completed in November 2025. A roof renovation will begin at the property in spring 2026.
