Compact home with the functionality of a large apartment

SATO StudioHomes are studios with compact floor area but with impressive ceiling heights of almost four metres. Special attention has been paid to functionality, and the homes have hugely convenient sleeping lofts and pretty little balconies. In StudioHomes personal living space can be increased simply by opening the front door. There is a common lounge area on the ground floor of the building, and the top floor features a terrace and a sauna.

Apartment floors are laid in pale plank laminate. The dimmable luminous ceilings increase the sense of space in the entrance and kitchen areas. Kitchen units and laminate worktops are in fresh white. There is a beautiful glass cabinet with copper-toned laminate as the backdrop in the space between the top and bottom units. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, combi microwave oven, extractor fan and fridge. The stairs to the sleeping loft are solid birch and feature lighting on the steps. There is a pull-out table and plenty of out-of-sight storage space under the stairs. The bathroom is tiled in pale beige and equipped with a wall-to-wall mirrored cabinet, laundry cabinet and vanity unit.

The water fees will switch over to water consumption-based billing on 1 December 2024.

SATO StudioHome has different aged residents who know each other. They spend time together for example over a cup of coffee, cooking, watching movies etc. They also organize together different kind of events. Residents have their own active Facebook and WhatsApp groups. StudioHome has a good spirit and active commune. StudioHome residents are interviewed in order to ensure the comfortable and active community.
